Doelgroep

Patiënten met urotheelcarcinoom in een lokaal gevorderd of gemetastaseerd stadium na eerdere palliatieve behandelingen met een checkpoint inhibitor, enfortumab vedotin en platinumhoudende chemotherapie.

Onderzoeksopzet

Patiënten randomiseren 1:1 tussen sacituzumab tirumotecan en investigator's choice chemotherapie.
