Palliatieve behandeling nasopharynxcarcinoom

Eerstelijnsbehandeling

Chemotherapie (gemcitabine - cisplatin) gevolgd door onderhoudsbehandeling (capecitabine):

• Gemcitabine - cisplatin, 6 kuren à 3 weken
  • Gemcitabine 1000mg/m² i.v., dag 1 en 8 
  • Cisplatin 80 mg/m² i.v., dag 1
• Capecitabine

Tweedelijnsbehandeling

Docetaxel 75 mg/m² i.v.

Na tweedelijnsbehandeling 

Capecitabine, mits dit eerder als onderhoud na gemcitabine - cisplatin is gegeven.

Verder beleid patiëntspecifiek vast te stellen. Overweeg behandeling in studieverband.
