An open-label, randomized, controlled phase 3 study of disitamab vedotin in combination with pembrolizumab versus chemotherapy in subjects with previously untreated locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma that expresses HER2 (IHC 1+ and greater)

Doelgroep

Irresectabel en gemetastaseerd urotheelcelcarcinoom (ureter, blaas, urethra). Eerdere behandeling met neo-adjuvant/adjuvant chemotherapie en anti-PD(L)1 is toegestaan mits tenminste 12 maanden geleden afgerond.

Onderzoeksopzet

• Fase 3 gerandomiseerde open-label studie
• Randomisatie naar arm A (disitimab vedotin + pembrolizumab) of arm B (platinumhoudende chemotherapie/gemcitabine. Indien stabiele ziekte of beter, gevolgd door avelumab onderhoud)
